Soaking In The Views From Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, Tennessee

This year we took another trip to Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It still remains our favorite attraction to visit while in the Great Smokey Mountains and from the pictures you’ll see in this post, you can quickly figure out why! Anakeesta, the attraction, is named after the mountain upon which it sits. Guests take “chondolas”

Anakeesta Attraction Opens in Gatlinburg Tennessee

On a recent visit to Gatlinburg, Tennessee I got a chance to visit the city’s newest attraction known as Anakeesta.  The 70-acre park is located on top of Anakeesta Mountain and can be accessed through the park’s Chondola system. This brand new lift was built with 8 six-person gondola cabins and 104 four-seater chairlift seats
