“In & Of Itself” Extends New York City Run Through May 2018

When was the last time you walked out of a show questioning your very identity? While it’s hard to explain, “In & Of Itself” pushes audience members to do just that. You’d be hard-pressed to even identify what the show is. It’s a magic show, but it’s far from any magic show you’ve ever seen. It’s a one-man show, but it goes beyond a man on stage giving an endless monologue. There’s audience interaction that goes far beyond your traditional “pick a card” routine. Not kidding, you’re likely to see audience members moved to genuine tears because of a personal journey they’ve taken during the show.

With all the shows I’ve seen this year, the one that had the most profound and lasting impact was “In & Of Itself” in New York City. I’m not the only one who was gobsmacked with this production, check out Stephen Colbert’s interview with the creator and star of the show, Derek Delguaudio below!

Was that enough code for you? Good. No one and I mean no one, who has seen this show wants to give too much away.  The more you talk about it, the less of an impact it will have once you’re in the Daryl Roth Theater. Now that the show has extended well into next year, you’ve got to make plans to go see “In & Of Itself” before this run is over.
