Trump Banner Guy Who Was Banned From Walt Disney World Now Banned From Disneyland

You remember the guy who waved “Trump 2020” banners around Walt Disney World and was eventually banned? His name is Dion Cini and he has a unique claim to fame. He’s banned from Disney parks on both coasts in America.

You may recall in September 2018 when Cini unfurled this gigantic “Trump 2020” banner atop the Main Street train station. While it was only being displayed for about 60 seconds, it got national headlines.

Then a few months later, he held up smaller signs and banners around Walt Disney World on rides like Splash Mountain. This got him officially trespassed from the Florida property. However, as we have stated before here at Theme Park University, a trespass doesn’t carry over to other states. Therefore, Cini was on a mission to also get some attention at Disneyland in California.

On February 13, 2019 he brought another banner to Disneyland and displayed it to passers by while riding the Mark Twain. When he returned to dock, he was met by Disneyland security who escorted him backstage where local police were waiting for him.

Now that he’s been banned from both Disney parks on both coasts, this is the last we will see of this, right? Not so fast. He seems to have some other event up his sleeve.

This banner is on his Facebook page. “Trumptasmic” is some sort of Trump event from May 5 to May 12, 2019 at Walt Disney World in Orlando that he’s supporting. Is he involved? Will he show up? I dunno as he likes to keep his displays somewhat secret. However, I don’t think this will be the last we will see of Dion Cini. Your thoughts?
