Roller Coaster Restaurant Coming to United Kingdom

Given the choice, the next time you are at a restaurant, would you rather have your food delivered via a server or roller coaster? No need to answer. I got you. Coming to Alton Towers will be another roller coaster restaurant (the first being in Germany). Imagine ordering your food via text and when ready, the kitchen sends your air tight dish up a lift hill and through a series of twists and turns before reaching your exact table. Sound too good to be true? Check out the video below.

Hopefully one of these babies will make it stateside within the next year. Meanwhile, I am willing to skip across the pond to give this a try, as the Roller Coaster Restaurant opens in Alton Towers Summer 2016.

Pity they are opening this when visitor numbers are down and rides are mothballed after the Smiler incident.
