Congress tries to ban orcas from captivity

As if “Blackfish” hasn’t gotten enough press, it seems that the film has now reached the federal level. Legislation has been introduced in Congress, as HR 4019 (Schiff, D-CA) would bring an end to killer whales at federally-licensed facilities, like SeaWorld.
