San Francisco Dungeon Celebrates Grave Robbers For A Limited Run
The San Francisco Dungeon has opened a new section of their unique haunt located in Fisherman’s Wharf for a limited time only.
Replacing their “Plague” show is an entirely new offering opening appropriately on Friday the 13th and closing on February 28th of 2015.
According to the folks at the Dungeon, “it’s an all new script, all new character, and all new dead body.” As it turns out, entrepenuers used to go digging up cadavers from fresh graves for a time in San Francisco.
These corpses were then gutted and their organs sold to medical research teams who would then use their information on more good than evil.
Believe it or not, thanks to the grave robbers in San Francisco, many medical advancements were made that might not have been possible otherwise. Were they a benefit or threat to society? That’s up for debate.
Grave Robbers is now playing as part of the San Francisco Dungeon through February 28th. For more information visit www.SanFranciscoDungeon.com.
